Hi, I have google analytics working with my site, however, the ecommerce section does not pick up any orders no matter how they are paid. The google side of the set up is correct as per google, has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
Hi Rich, Sorry I missed your post. Can you open your template.html file in the skins folder and look for the tag xxxTRACKINGCODExxx for me? It should be at the bottom of the page directly above the closing body tag. If it isn't there then just add it in and upload the template file. Google should track visitors just fine.
Hi Phil, I have the tracking code at the bottom of the template file and it does track visitors to a point, however, it is the e-commerce part that doesn't show any sales up at all. Do you have any ideas where I should look to track back at which point it breaks? Cheers Rich
